Very resistant, it can be machine washed at 30° or 40° and does not require ironing.

HOW TO DRY YOUR T-SHIRT?
The best way to dry this fiber is also the simplest: in the open air on a hanger! The big advantage of this solution, apart from its simplicity, is that there is no need to use a tumble dryer... And this is another energy saving and therefore an additional boost for the planet.

So that the collection is produced to act in favor of a circular and sustainable economy, we will assemble the pieces in a French workshop located in Paris which employs around thirty mechanics putting all their technical know-how and skills at the service of projects. ecological and personalized textiles. Local manufacturing which allows profitable production to be maintained in France.

For this, we need a minimum of orders for this collection to exist.

Delivery is free from 150 euros of purchases.

For products in stock , delivery takes between 2 to 3 working days in France and can take up to 10 days in other countries.

For made-to-order and custom-made products, allow 10 days for manufacturing before shipping.

For pre-order products, allow approximately 30 days for manufacturing before shipping.

ECOVERO® AND ORGANIC FIBERS

🌿 ECOVERO® is of plant origin (wood pulp) and secondarily transformed by a chemical process (the extracted pulp is manipulated using solvents to give a fiber which will be spun into yarn and fabric).

Ecovero™ is biodegradable and comes from sustainable forests. The material is made from wood from sustainably managed forests. The process of transforming wood into fabric follows strict standards imposed by the EU Eco Label, to ensure that it is environmentally friendly. This label only rewards products with a low environmental impact across the entire chain: raw materials, manufacturing, distribution and end of life cycle.

This material is a good alternative to conventional viscose, because the manufacturing of its fibers generates up to half as many emissions and water consumption: the transformation process to obtain the fabric requires little water. Toxic solvents used in the viscose manufacturing process are replaced with a non-toxic, recyclable solvent for Ecovero fiber.

The process takes place in a closed circuit since almost all of it is recovered to be used again. The production of ECOVERO viscose consumes 50% less water and generates 50% less CO2 emissions than classic viscose

🌿 The natural fiber obtained from pineapple leaves makes it possible to create a material called Piña® or pineapple silk. Its fiber is extracted by hand: the technique consists of scraping the pineapple leaf to strip it of its fibers. These are then dried and bleached in the sun before being knotted and spun.

🌿 Banana fiber is harvested then transformed into pulp. Among its advantages are its ability to biodegrade in 90 days via composting and its ability to join the paper recycling sector.

THE ADVANTAGES OF THE MATERIAL

In addition to the ecological advantages linked to its method of production, Ecovero also has the following properties: The fabric has a supple and soft feel, not far from that of Lyocell Tencel® or possibly silk. It is a fluid, breathable and comfortable material.

Pineapple fiber looks a lot like silk and has many qualities: it is supple and soft.

The fabric that results from banana fiber is silky, flexible and moisture-wicking. It is also very resistant.

THE PRICE

The Ecovero manufacturing method uses a fairly specific technology which increases the cost of production, compared to conventional viscose fabrics. Its manufacturing process and its labeling give it a guarantee of quality.

Pineapple fiber is extracted by hand, hence its high price.

Banana fiber is twice as expensive as cotton (it is difficult to extract the fibers compared to other natural fibers) but in the end it is less about price and more about value and quality.

If we think in terms of sustainability, this T-shirt is Unique.
More resistant than other materials and wrinkle-resistant, it is therefore very easy to maintain and benefits from a real environmental impact. Because of all its great qualities and durability, it is actually considered an investment.

Phalaenopsis favors labeled or recycled natural materials (for synthetics) and relies on the Oeko-Tex ® label: that is to say that our fabrics do not contain any chemical residue that could present a health risk.

Some of our fabrics are upcycled: they have been recovered to give them a second life.

Phalaenopsis only produces in very small series or to order in order to avoid overproduction.
