Partenaire des Apprentis d'Auteuil

Partner of the Apprentis d'Auteuil

When the Apprentis d'Auteuil offered to sell our products as part of their training program, it was an opportunity to have an impact on a young population that is far from employment. This is the SKOLA program which offers short programs training in sales professions and digital e-commerce skills in a real environment to link employment and youth.

The Skola program aims to train and integrate young people from the age of 16 with little or no qualifications into employment. These young people are willing to enter into a dynamic of integration and generally motivated by a particular sector of activity.

The Apprentis d'Auteuil Foundation develops reception, education, training and integration programs in France and abroad to give back to vulnerable young people and families what they lack most: confidence.

The objective for them is to find a job quickly with qualifications, as well as an experience which also gives confidence to recruiters and thus to project themselves into the future.

When we know that young people are 3 times more likely to be unemployed than adults, the Apprentis d'Auteuil take concrete action with them.

Engage in a responsible and inclusive approach.

Our partnership began in November 2021. Skola Vente is the variation of the program on the sales profession. It allows the young people who take part in it to acquire the qualifications of in-store sales consultant.

The Apprentis d'Auteuil have created real ephemeral or permanent shops spread all over France, but also abroad.

In each store, young people are supervised and trained, allowing them to learn in situ and in an active and concrete way.

Acting for the future of young people means giving them the opportunity to flourish thanks to new technologies, to train, to develop their skills, to improve their employability but above all to awaken vocations in them.

You can support their initiative and thus contribute to a more united and ethical economy!

20% of young people in France are neither at school nor at work

In some regions or neighborhoods, this rate can rise much higher since it depends on local economic and social conditions.
